Description
3M Temflex 165 Vinyl Electrical Tape is a 6 mil thick, general-purpose, colored vinyl insulating tape. It is flame-retardant and designed to operate in ambient temperatures up to 194°F (90°C). The tape is conformable for cold weather application down to 32°F (0°C). It has excellent resistance to abrasion, moisture, alkalis, acids, copper corrosion, and varying weather conditions. The combination of flexible PVC backing and pressure-sensitive rubber adhesive provides electrical and mechanical protection with minimum bulk. This versatile electrical tape is compatible with synthetic and rubber splicing compounds, and it is UL Listed, CSA Certified, and VDE approved.
